This purchase order is accurate and legitimate. I will be sent an invoice from Educational Design LLC and will complete payment within net 30 days. If payment is not sent within that timeframe, my order and any tickets will be cancelled and void. Submitting this form with attached purchase order does not guarantee my registration. Registration is only complete and tickets will be activated when my payment has been confirmed.
